Fifteen individuals suspected of involvement in internet fraud, commonly known as “Yahoo boys,” were arrested on Monday by the Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Benin City.
The EFCC revealed that the arrests were made based on reliable intelligence regarding the suspects’ alleged participation in cyber-related fraud activities.
