1. Reduce your thrusting
You can enjoy sex in several ways without having to aggressively and speedily thrust. Slow down your pace control and extend the duration of intercourse. As opposed to rapid continuous thrusting, slow down and go for more deliberate movement. This will reduce overstimulation and increase pleasure for you and your partner.

2. Try edging
Edging is a sexual technique used to slow down stimulation and prolong how long it takes to reach an orgasm. Also known as orgasm control, it involves bringing yourself close to an orgasm and slowing down before you climax. Repeating this process severally during sexual activity will increase your stamina and help you to have control over ejaculation.
3. Go for longer-lasting positions
Similarly, you might want to try positions that do not provide too much stimulation. Avoid positions that allow deep penetration like doggy or missionary styles. Try positions that are shallow and don’t require complete penetration like the lotus position, spooning, side-by-side, and reverse cowgirl.
4. The pause and squeeze technique
When you feel like you’re going to climax, pause and gently squeeze the head of your private part. This helps with decreasing arousal and delaying ejaculation. After the urge to climax passes, you can resume sexual activity.
Although, this method requires constant communication with your partner to avoid turning them off.
5. Use the right protection
Using condoms during any sexual activity should be the norm in this day and age, but in the case of premature ejaculation, you might want to take extra precautions as to what type of condoms you use. Check for condoms made with thick rubbers that can desensitise your private part during sex. They can help with premature ejaculation, almost acting like a numbing instrument to help prolong reaching climax.
