England captain Harry Kane reached a remarkable milestone on Tuesday, earning his 100th cap in a UEFA Nations League clash against Finland at Wembley Stadium.
Kane celebrated the occasion with a stunning brace that secured a 2-0 victory for the Three Lions.
The match started with tension, and Kane nearly opened the scoring in the 23rd minute. He thought he had netted the first goal, only for it to be ruled out for offside. The England skipper showed his frustration, but the linesman’s call stood firm.
In the 54th minute, Kane had another opportunity with a free kick from the edge of the box, sending a powerful shot toward the left side of the goal. However, Finnish goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky pulled off a spectacular save to deny him.
The breakthrough came in the 57th minute when Kane latched onto a brilliant pass and unleashed a thunderous shot from the edge of the box.
The ball ricocheted off the crossbar and into the net, leaving Hradecky with no chance. Wembley erupted as Kane marked his 100th cap with a classic strike.

The captain’s commanding performance was the highlight of a memorable night for the Three Lions.
Despite late attempts from Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke, the scoreline remained 2-0. Madueke had a golden chance in stoppage time but sent his shot wide from deep inside the box.
Kane’s historic 100th cap, capped with two magnificent goals, underscored his status as one of England’s greatest ever forwards.
His leadership and lethal finishing helped secure an important win as England continues to pursue UEFA Nations League glory.
