LAGOS – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2023 presidential candidate, and Rivers State Governor, Siminialayi Fubara, have made a grand entrance into Benin City ahead of the Edo State Governorship election.
They are in the state to attend the PDP Grand Finale Rally in the Oredo Local Government Area.
PDP shared this information through a brief post featuring images and videos of their arrival on their official X handle today.

“Come join us in Oredo, Benin City as we create history and move closer to success,” the post states.
The election is set to take place on September 21st, 2024.
Asue Ighadolo is the party’s candidate for the election, aiming to succeed the current Governor, Godwin Obaseki, who is also a prominent member of the PDP.
