Super Falcons’ goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, has been honoured as the CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year, a recognition of her exceptional performances over the past year.
At the prestigious CAF Awards ceremony held in Morocco on Monday evening, Nnadozie was celebrated for her outstanding contributions to African women’s football, securing the top spot as the continent’s best goalkeeper.
In her acceptance speech, Nnadozie expressed her gratitude to CAF for the recognition, as well as to her club for providing the platform to showcase her skills.

In other notable accolades, TP Mazembe was named Women’s Club of the Year, rounding off a remarkable season.
The Super Falcons, Nigeria’s premier women’s football team, were also honoured as the Women’s National Team of the Year, cementing their position as Africa’s top women’s football team.
