Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko Disco) has announced the new, deregulated meter prices for metres deployed under the Meter Asset Provider (MAP) Scheme.
The distribution company disclosed this in a statement on its official X account on Friday, revealing prices offered by six different MAP vendors for both single-phase and three-phase metres.
“Dear Valued Customer, In line with NERC’s Order on Deregulation of Meter prices for the MAP Scheme, kindly see the new prices for single (one) and three phase meters (VAT inclusive),” Eko Disco said.
According to the statement, electricity customers buying their meters from the MAP vendor, Quantum Manu. & Metering Solution Ltd, will have to pay N118,698.85 (VAT exclusive) or N127,601.26 (VAT-inclusive) for one phase while the three-phase costs N215,717.20 (VAT-exclusive) and N231,895.99 (VAT-inclusive).
At Holley Metering Nig Ltd, one phase costs N137,339.54 ( VAT-exclusive) and N147,640.01 (VAT-inclusive), while the price for meters with three phases can be got at N211,356.06 (VAT-exclusive) and N227,207.76 (VAT-inclusive).
Gospell Digital Technology Ltd.’s price for one phase is N130,000.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N139,750.00 (VAT-inclusive), while the price for the three-phase is N240,000.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N258,000.00 (VAT-inclusive).
At Gosslink Engineering Ltd, one phase meter sells for N156,000.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N167,700.00 (VAT-inclusive), while the price for the three-phase is N240,000.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N258,000.00 (VAT-inclusive).
Bendoricks International Ltd. will sell the one-phase meter at N135,100.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N145.232.50 (VAT-inclusive) while the price for the three-phase is N213,800.00 (VAT-exclusive) and N229,835.00 (VAT-inclusive).
Turbo Energy Ltd.’s price for one phase is N104,500.24 (VAT-exclusive) and N122,337.76 (VAT-inclusive) while the price for the three-phase is N192,313.88 (VAT-exclusive) or N206,737.42 (VAT-inclusive).
