The planned launch of ‘Beyond Compliance’ was made known by the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMTECH, Carmelle Cadet, during a virtual press conference held on Thursday, stressing that the company resolved to introduce a new way for fintechs to manage compliance and meet regulatory requirements.

In her keynote presentation, Cadet said the Beyond Compliance product will help the financial sector immensely, as it will serve as a new way of enforcing compliance seamlessly in the financial ecosystem.
According to her, “The introduction of Beyond Compliance is a significant milestone to us. There is no doubt that a lot of financial service operators are often faced with some frustrations in the course of their operation in respect to regulations compliance.
“But with this product set to be launched shortly by EMTECH, a lot of frustration will definitely be taken out of compliance issues. From the Compliance dashboard, so much can be explored by the recipients of the solution- via Compliance Manager, Task Manager, among other unique features.

Also speaking at the event, EMTECH Head of Policy, Jill Shemin, remarked on the benefits of Beyond Compliance, noting that the major one to be the streamlining of compliance regulations.

Already, the company has successfully collaborated with the Bank of Ghana, in the implementation of the bank’s regulatory sandbox process.
