Hammed “Ese” Ganiyu has dismissed Raheem “Baddo” Animashaun as a “talkative” yet to face a real test in the ring, ahead of their much-anticipated showdown at GOtv Boxing Night on 26 December.
The duo will clash in one of six thrilling bouts at the Boxing Jamz edition of the event, slated for Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
Baddo, 19, enters the ring brimming with confidence, following his triumph at GOtv Boxing Night 31, where he won the Mojisola Ogunsanya Memorial Trophy and a N1 million cash prize as the best boxer.
He has vowed to teach Ese a harsh lesson for daring to challenge him.
Ese, however, remains unfazed. “I admire his confidence, but he’s yet to fight someone like me,” Ese said. ”
”He hasn’t lost because he hasn’t been to war. On December 26, he’ll experience punches that will shake him. This will be his first real fight.”
