Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Rev. Dr Ayuba Y Kanta commended the governor for his inclusiveness in governance.
“You have given the Christians enough political slots. This testifies your commitment in carrying all manner of people along irrespective of tribe or religious affiliation, therefore, we thank you for the inclusive governance.
“We also appreciate your gigantic efforts in transforming the state, because work is spread across and is ongoing in the state.”
Kanta also lauded the efforts of the governor for restoring prevailing peace, especially in the Southern part of the state, which hitherto, used to be a haven for kidnappers.
“Today, many people from the Southern part of the state have resettled in their ancestral homes and in view of the relative peace being enjoyed, they have gone back to farms.
“Before, nobody thinks of cultivating his/her farmland due to insecurity,” he said.
