The initiator of Positive Change Trailblazer Initiative Engr. Akeem Aderinto has called for the collaboration of parents and governments at all levels to inculcate the idea of training the youths from teenagers positively so as to have a better Nigeria .
He noted that the present difficult challenges facing the country was the result of the system of governance put in place by the colonial masters who previously ruled Nigeria.
Engr. Aderinto stated this during the independent lecture put together by the Positive Change Trailblazer Initiative which took place at the BN Youth Centre Uand I building, University of Ibadan recently .
Engr. Aderinto maintained that the group has identified the major problems of the country and ready to proffer solutions to the problems, He said mentoring the youths from the early stages of their lives positively remain the only antidote for creating a new Nigeria.
He ascerted that the group has created positive change in some secondary schools by formulating clubs that is expected to make a positive change in the country through trainings and lectures that will compel them to be good citizens of the country in whatever field they find themselves.

While delivering his lecture at the event with the theme Nigeria @ 64: The Need For Deeper Reflection and Orientation Shift Prof. Akeem Yusuf reaffirmed the intention of the past colonial masters to cause misunderstandings within the leaders and the led in the country by putting in place obnoxious laws that trends till date.
He noted that the system of leadership in the era of the colonial masters is what our leaders inculcate in the constitution and which still hunt us till date.
He however called on the gorvernment and the federal lawmakers to put in place a system of government that will benefit Nigerians .
Prof. Ismail Azeez in his lecture at the event disclosed that parents should learn to train their children from childhood in the positive ways so as to have a better tommorow.
He specifically called on Nigerians to have a positive mindset through attitudinal change and that Nigeria can only be better if we all can change our attitude positively if we want to have a better Nigeria.
The event was well attended by various voluntary organisations and the National Orientation Agency (NOA).
