How rapper Oladips died moments after battling for life

Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji popularly known as Oladips was confirmed dead on Wednesday morning hours after he was captured battling for life.
Rumours about the rapper’s death started circulating on social media after a video of him looking lifeless was posted by his associate Abdul Rasheed.
In the video, the rapper collapsed and was being rushed to the hospital by friends.
One of the voices in the video could be heard saying, “Dips, Dips, wetin be this abeg.” They tried waking up the music artiste but their efforts proved fruitless.
Moments later, Abdul made another post, claiming that Oladip’s mum stopped him from taking his son to the hospital.
“Ahbeg I dey on motion, him mama say make I no carry am go hospital say make I carry am come house,” he wrote with a picture of himself in traffic.
An hour before the crisis, Oladips shared a message on Instagram where he begged his friend to come to his rescue.

He wrote: “@onlyonelifetime_ Please Where Are You? Done Call Your Number Tire ITalk Say Make Una No Dey Leave Only Me For
“This House, l Done Talk This Thing Like A Milion Times…Not Even This Period Like This. Please Dey Come House Please Tori Olorun.”
Oladips also posted a video moments after showing Rasheed driving into the compound with drugs.
“Rasheed where you dey since, like this I don dey call your number na,” Oladips said with a faint voice.
“Na the medicine wey you send me make I go buy, I go buy,” Rasheed responded.
“Abeg carry me go hospital abeg,” the rapper replied.
Sadly, the 28-year-old was confirmed dead by his management on Wednesday.
