Asue Ighodalo, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Edo ongoing Edo governorship election, has assured that he would not hesitate to congratulate any of his opponents who is declared winner if the exercise is free, fair and credible.

While fielding questions from reporters after he cast his vote at his voting centre, Okaigben Ward 1, Unit 3, situated in Idinrio Primary School, Okaigben, Ewohimi, Esan South East Local Government Area, the PDP candidate said he was ready to put a phone call to anyone who is declared winner once the election is devoid of any underhand practices.
“I am ready to congratulate anyone if the election is free and fair,” he said while answering a question put at him by AIT’s Omonfoma Ebare.
