Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has expressed optimism about emerging victorious in the 2027 presidential election.
Kwankwaso, who ran as the party’s presidential candidate in 2023, confidently stated this during the inauguration of the NNPP Secretariat in Katsina.
The former Governor of Kano State visited the Yar’Adua family in Katsina to offer condolences following the passing of Hajiya Dada.
He affirmed the party’s readiness to secure the presidency, various state positions, and other roles nationwide in the upcoming 2027 elections, highlighting the party’s trajectory toward success.
“I wish to remind you that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is already dead, because we were in the party, since they have gone out of the line, we decided to check out,” he stated.

Kwankwasiyya leader advised Nigerians, especially women and youths, not to fall for ‘spaghetti or money’ in the upcoming elections.
He urged party leaders to intensify their efforts for the party’s success in the state and nationwide.
He praised stakeholders for renovating the state secretariat, part of their readiness for success.
The NNPP state Chairman emphasized their focus on educating voters about the party’s new logo, representing education, a key priority for the Kwankwasiyya leader.
He stressed the importance of grassroots awareness to educate members about the significance of the new logo.
