As deportations continue, 195 families were repatriated to Afghanistan from Iran and Pakistan on Saturday, Sept. 28, according to figures by the Taliban.
The families crossed through border points in the provinces of Nangarhar, Kandahar, Nimroz, and Herat provinces, according to Taliban-run Bakhtar News Agency.
Moreover, 24 families returned via the Torkham crossing, and 17 families through Spin Boldak, both on the Pakistan border.

Additionally, 46 families entered Afghanistan through the Pul-e-Abrisham border in Nimroz, while 108 families were deported via the Islam Qala crossing from Iran, according to the agency.
Afghan migrants in Iran and Pakistan have long expressed frustration with the challenges they face in these countries. In Iran, Afghan families have reported difficulties accessing basic services, with some saying that the government has even refused to allow their children to enroll in schools.
Further complicating matters, the prosecutor in the city of Kerman recently ordered local bakeries not to sell bread to undocumented immigrants, exacerbating the difficulties faced by Afghan migrants living in the country.
