Governor Sani stressed the importance of addressing root causes through investment, agriculture, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and citizen engagement. He advocated for a people-driven, inclusive Marshall Plan for regional development and transparent leadership for the North-West Development Commission.

The Governor requested the Defence Minister to consider bringing Operation Safe Haven under 1 Division, Kaduna, to enhance security coordination. The Minister, in turn, pledged federal support and thanked troops for their patriotic services during visits to 1 Division Nigerian Army, Air Training Command, and frontline local governments.
