The groups made their position known during an emergency meeting led by their Chairman, Dr Bashir Dahiru, in Katsina on Wednesday.
Dahiru, who spoke on the negative aspect of the planned protest, said, “it is always a set back to the socio-economic wellbeing of every society,”
Also, the state Coordinator, Concilliated APC Grassroots Movement, Alhaji Isma’il Dahiru, urged the members of the groups to continue to enlighten the youths on the implications of the protest.
He called on the youths in the state to keep praying for the progress and development of the state and the country in general.

According to him, instead of the protests, youth should be talking about various achievements of Gov.. Dikko Radda and President Bola Tinubu’s administrations.
Dahiru commended Radda for appointing a capable youth, Alhaji Aminu Ubale-Funtua, as his Special Assistant on APC Support Groups and NGOs in the state.
He recalled that, “When the office of the Special Assistant organised a tour to the 34 Local Government Areas, the support groups used the opportunity to monitor various developmental projects executed by the governor.”
The coordinator further assured of their continued support to the administrations of Radda and Tinubu.
