    Music streaming giant Apple Music has unveiled its list of the 10 greatest albums of all time, with Lauryn Hill’s 1998 debut album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill claiming the top spot.

    The list includes a wide range of iconic albums, from legendary artists like Michael Jackson to contemporary stars like Frank Ocean and Beyoncé.

    Reacting to the news, Hill said; “This is my award, but it’s a rich, deep narrative, and involves so many people, and so much sacrifice, and so much time, and so much collective love,”

    Apple Music’s editorial team, along with a select group of external voters including artists and music experts, created the list. They considered factors like songwriting, cultural impact, and overall musical influence.

    “Unlike other lists, we wanted it to reflect albums that had an impact on the music artists are making today and that these be hand-selected by the most passionate people on Earth,” Scott Plagenhoef, Apple Music’s global head of music programming, said.
