Afrobeat star Kizz Daniel continues to mark his 10th year in the music industry with the release of two new singles, “Marhaba” and “We Must.” These tracks are part of his “Vado At 10” anniversary celebration, commemorating a decade of hit-making, global success, and dedicated fan support.

Initially, Kizz Daniel had planned to collaborate with a leading UK rapper to infuse a grime vibe into one of the songs. However, when delays occurred, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Instead of waiting, Kizz Daniel stepped into the grime genre himself, delivering his verse and turning “We Must” into a solo track.

“This bold decision led to the unique credit: ‘We Must – Kizz Daniel featuring Thyself,’ showcasing his versatility and commitment to pushing creative boundaries,” he explained. The release underscores Kizz Daniel’s dedication to evolving as an artist while staying true to his vision.

Both tracks highlight Kizz Daniel’s ability to innovate within Afrobeats while maintaining his signature sound. “Marhaba” and “We Must” not only deliver chart-worthy singles but also reinforce his position as one of Afrobeats’ most influential artists. These songs capture the essence of his decade-long journey in the music industry, adding depth to his already impressive catalogue.

Christian Agadibe, CEO of Artmatazz Media, praised Kizz Daniel’s resilience and consistency over the years. He noted that with every release, Kizz Daniel sets a new benchmark in the genre, inspiring fellow artists and the next generation of musicians.

“Marhaba,” produced by Ramii and Suhel Nafar, blends Kizz Daniel’s Afrobeat sound with Northern African traditional music influences. The track’s title, which means “Welcome” or “Hello” in Arabic, reflects the artist’s connection to Northern Africa and the Middle East. Kizz Daniel was inspired by his brief but memorable time in the region, infusing that experience into the song’s creation.

“This song not only showcases Kizz Daniel’s ability to connect across cultures but also highlights his talent in uniting diverse audiences through music,” Agadibe added. By weaving global influences into his music, Kizz Daniel continues to elevate Afrobeats on the world stage, bridging cultures through the universal language of music.

“We Must,” produced by Ayzed, with whom Kizz Daniel has previously collaborated, is a track that speaks to resilience and determination. Agadibe described it as an anthem for perseverance, poised to become a household favorite.

Kizz Daniel’s new releases continue to demonstrate his artistic growth and reinforce his relevance in the global music scene. With “Marhaba” and “We Must,” he redefines his legacy, proving his staying power and adaptability over the past decade.
