The Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi and his running mate Yusuf Baba-Ahmed appeared to be disappointed on Tuesday over poor attendance at his rally in Kogi.
The rally was held at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium. The LP’s presidential candidate met a scanty attendance when he arrived the venue.
On Monday, the Labour Party had accused Governor Yahaya Bello of refusing to allow them use the stadium.
It was later released to them.

Obi, in his speech expressed optimism that a functional steel project would bring about employment of millions of unemployed youths and check crime and economic prosperity.
He therefore promised that he will esuscitate the moribound Ajaokuta Steel project as a vehicle for job creation.
Obi promised that his administration would secure the country from criminals, and unite its citizens with a view to returning it to one family as it was known, years back.
According to Obi, a Labour Party Government will ensure that the rule of law and human rights are rooted firmly, a development where nobody will be oppressed.
