The Kebbi Beach Soccer Club (KBSC), aiming to retain their Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) title, has arrived in Nnewi, Anambra State for a week-long training camp ahead of the second round of the 2024 season, scheduled to kick off from May 15th to 18th.
The two-time league champions became the first team, besides the host Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors, to arrive at the venue of the second round. The Birnin-Kebbi-based side is currently joint leaders alongside Kada BSC after the first round held in Kebbi, where five games were played.
During the second round, the Kebbi Fishers will face Kada BSC, Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors, Jigawa Golden Star BSC, Nmanko Patigi BSC, and local rivals, Kebbi United BSC. The top four teams at the end of the second round will qualify for the Super Finals in Kaduna, where the league winner will be crowned.
