The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has enlisted the support of accomplished individuals from Nasarawa State to bolster its mission of promoting football excellence. SWAN, Nasarawa State Chapter, celebrates these appointments as a testament to the state’s rich sports heritage and applauds the leaders for their dedication to the sport.
Honourable Silas Ali Agara, the Former Deputy Governor of the state, President of the Nigeria Karate Federation, and Chairman of the Nigeria Nationwide League One, has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the sub-committee on Youths Development by the NFF.
In a press release signed by the state secretary of SWAN, Smah George sent to reporters on Tuesday, acknowledges Agara’s unwavering commitment to youth development and views this appointment as a testament to his dedication to improving the prospects of young people across the nation.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Barrister Isaac Danladi, is also amongst the distinguished appointees. With an illustrious history in club and ministry administration, Barrister Danladi’s expertise in law is expected to bolster the legal department of the NFF as its Vice Chairman.
Furthermore, the State FA Chairman’s commendable efforts have been recognized, leading to an appointment within the area of Facility by the NFF. SWAN commends this choice by the Federation and expresses gratitude for their support in advancing football infrastructure.
