Monday Okpebholo, the Guber candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Edo State has cast his vote, describing the procedure as seamless even as he expressed confidence in the conduct of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) so far.

He also hailed the spirit of patience in Edo electorate who displayed commendable level of endurance while awaiting the arrival of INEC officials who came way behind schedule to kickstart the voting process.
