Controversial Nigerian Musician Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable has shared that Olamide, the renowned rapper and YBNL boss, is like a mentor to him in the music business.
He mentioned this in a recent chat with Echo Room.

Portable also mentioned that Olamide faced backlash for collaborating on the remix of his hit track ‘Zazu’ in 2021, but now he has expanded his reach internationally by working with British rapper Skepta.
“Olamide is my Godfather. He brought me to the industry. One day, I messaged him and asked if he had issues with me because he stopped posting me.
“When Olamide helped me, people said he made a mistake. Look at me now, I have gone international and Skepta featured me. I’m touring the world,” he said.
