The Kogi State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has placed a suspension on former Senator Dino Melaye from the party.
The PDP exco in Ayetoro Gbede, Ward 1 took this action due to Melaye’s failure to attend a summons.
The Ward exco stated that Melaye’s suspension was a result of his involvement in anti-party activities and alleged misconduct.
The decision to suspend the former Kogi West senator was made by the Ward party executive committee during a meeting in Aiyetoro/Luagba Ward 1 to examine the findings of the disciplinary committee investigating the accusations against him.
