    As part of its efforts at unlocking leadership excellence, celebrating Africa’s trailblazers as well as driving economic growth, a leading performance strategists organisation in the country, Peak Performance Africa has concluded arrangements to hold its maiden TPP Fest that will focus on leadership, productivity and growth

    According to the convener of the event Dr Abiola Salami, the three-day programme which is to hold from October 2- 4, 2024 in Ikoyi and Victoria Island is aimed at bringing together leaders and professionals from all walks of life across Africa to enhance and promote organisational well- being, foster growth, inspire as well as equip participants with essential leadership skills.
    ” This strategic event aligns with TPP’s’ mission to promote and celebrate leadership excellence in Africa, highlighting executives making significant contributions to their organisations and the continent.
    “And with Nigeria’s 64th independence celebration around the corner, the TPP Fest aims to boost the local economy by increasing consumption of local products, creating jobs, promoting tourism, serving as a platform for dialogue and fostering networking opportunities for organisations,” he stated.

    Dr. Salami explained that the event which will begin with the ‘Emerging Leaders Summit’ in Ikoyi will feature 15 distinguished speakers including Human Resources Leaders, Executive Coaches and Entrepreneurs while on October 3, the TPP Woman of the Year in Leadership Summit and Fun Day will take place in Lagos to recognise the exceptional role of women leaders in their various fields and endeavours.

    The convener while assuring that the event will help organisations enhance skills through value-packed workshops and seminars offered during the festival, improving workforce productivity and tailoring their strategies accordingly, posited that the final day will witness Peak Performing C- C-Suite Networking Breakfast recognition which will hold in Victoria Island with the theme ‘ Driving Transformational Leadership with the Magic of Emotional Intelligence.
    He listed some of the speakers that will feature in the three-day event to include; Harvard’s Prof. Dana Born, seasoned Board Chair, Dr. Mosun Bello- Olusoga, actor and entertainment icon, Alibaba Akpobome and TPP Fest host and world-class Performance Strategist, Dr, Abiola Salami.
    The event will be rounded up with awards nite and dinner on the final day.
