As part of its commitment to fight germs in our environs, Shodan Pharmaceuticals Ltd has unveiled a clinically approved toilet seat sanitizer Sitfine, designed to protect users from 99.99 per cent germs.
It disclosed that using a toilet seat sanitizer spray like Sitfine is an effective way to maintain personal hygiene and protect oneself from germs and bacteria when using restrooms.
Sitfine, produced by Excid Pharmaceuticals Ltd, is available as a quick-drying aerosol spray, developed with personal hygiene in mind, particularly for those using public restrooms.
Speaking, Vice President, Shodan Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Daniel Okeoma, affirmed that the rationale behind the production of Sitfine is to address toilet-related diseases and contribute to the growth of the Nigerian economy by championing locally made products.
“Toilet diseases are of great concern to us because diseases such as streptococcus, staphylococcus and other sexually transmitted organisms can be contracted from dirty convenience rooms, especially in public places.”
Unveiling the easy-to-use, portable, pocket-friendly, and readily available toilet sanitiser in the Nigerian market, Okeoma added that the product sanitizes immediately upon application on the toilet seat. It is cost effective, very handy and can be carried around in your hand bag, for the women and pocket for the men.
“Sitfine toilet spray is very easy to use, just spray on the surface and wait for about five seconds you’re good to go, not harsh on the skin of both adults and children. Counterfeiting is a big issue that’s facing all producers but for us, we have a few security measures which we intend to improve on as we go on.
“Sitfine neutralizes bad smells and odors in the restroom, leaving it with a better fragrance while providing maximum protection against germs and bacteria.”
Okeoma further revealed that Shodan Pharmaceuticals Ltd, under the leadership of Mr. Seun Shosanya, Chairman, Shodan Pharmaceuticals, is poised for growth.
“Driven by a desire to innovate and adapt to the evolving needs of the community, the company is expanding its portfolio with products like the Sitfine toilet seat sanitiser, designed to ensure hygiene and safety in both public and private restrooms and aims to continuously deliver reliable and accessible healthcare solutions to its customers.
“Sitfine is fully tested and approved by National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), ensuring it meets the highest safety standards and marketed by Alpha Crest Consulting Ltd and distributed by Shodan Pharmaceuticals Ltd,” he added.
