Hundreds of Muslim faithful, on Sunday, marked the Takuhata festival celebrated 7 days after 12 Rabiul Awwal, birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
While Some dressed in white clothes, others on were horse backs while some marched through the street of the ancient city of Kano, reciting praising songs of the prophet.
Daily Trust had reported how the birthday of the holy prophet was marked across the country.
