The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has arrested 17 individuals in Yobe for allegedly vandalising telecommunications and power infrastructure.
The arrest was disclosed in a brief statement posted on the NSCDC’s official X handle on Thursday.
The statement read, “NSCDC goes tough on vandals, arrest 17 suspects for destruction of telecom and power installations in Yobe.”
