According to Archbishop Adejola, who spoke to Sunday Independent, this year’s anniversary of the church is a ‘Double’.
He told Sunday Independent: “This year, we shall be celebrating the Silver Jubilee of the Church and my 23 years of Bishopric. In other words, the 25th year that the church was founded and the 23rd year that I was consecrated as a Bishop.”
Archbishop Adejola informed us that the theme for this year’s anniversary is ‘All Round Rest’, taken from Joshua 21:43-45. Archbishop Adejola, a Bible scholar and theologian of note, explained: “In Numerology, the word 25 means ‘Rest’. Rest comes when you engage the men you have trained to do the work. Possibly doing it better.
“Rest is a season where the king does not go to war. Rest is a time where the system you created is working to bring you returns. It is a time where labour is replaced with favour.”
Archbishop Adejola said that the anniversary events will commence on Friday November 22 to end on Sunday November 24. The time is 4.pm for Friday and Saturday programmes, while on Sunday November 22, it will begin at 9.am
He said: “We shall be ministering first to the widows, the poor and orphans with foodstuffs, shoes and clothing materials, and then Crusades.”
He stated that Saturday will be ‘Hosanna Night’, where two major popular singers will be ministering. They are Evangelist Titi Odetokun and Prophetess Funmilayo Aliu. Also, the host choir, the ‘Solution Voices’ will minister along with these music ministers, while Sunday will be Thanksgiving Service by 9.am.

In his special message to Nigerians at this momentous occasion, Archbishop Adejola stressed: “This is my special message to Nigerians in a time like this when things are very difficult.
“The economy has collapsed and the nation’s leaders are confused. We should be more prayerful to God. This is the end of the Lord be-times. We need higher grace to survive this season and I believe our God will save us indeed.”
Archbishop Adejola informed that people call him an ‘Unstoppable Oracle of God’ because of his heavy prophetic anointing. He is a preacher, a prolific teacher and a prophet with his ears to the throne of God for divine direction and destiny changing revelations.
It would be recalled that Archbishop Adejola, a prolific writer, has also written a Christian faith column with a national newspaper and also writes Christian columns for several blogs.
