Portugal thrashed Turkey 3-0 on Saturday to qualify for the Round of 16 at Euro 2024 in Germany.
Portugal now top Group F with maximum six points after a dominant performance against Turkey.
Bernardo Silva opened the scoring for Portugal 21 minutes into the game. He connected with a pass inside the box and slammed home inside the right post, with the goalkeeper helpless.
Turkey had themselves to blame after they handed Portugal the second goal on a platter of gold.

Samet Akaydin sent a back pass intended at the goalkeeper into his own net seven minutes later.
In the 31st minute, Kerem Akturkoglu produced a promising shot towards the bottom left corner after his wonderful solo run, but Diogo Costa thwarted him with a fabulous save and the score remained the same.
Portugal made it 3-0 in the 56th minute. Cristiano Ronaldo put the ball across the area and Bruno Fernandes had the easiest task in the world to tuck the ball into an empty net.
In the 67th minute, there was a penalty appeal after Baris Alper Yilmaz went down under a challenge from the defender, but the referee waved play on.
A defence splitting pass into the box was almost received by Bernardo Silva in the 88th minute, but Altay Bayindir was quick enough and came off his line to intercept the pass.
