LAGOS – Nigerian security forces have been making significant strides in combating various forms of criminal activities across the country.
The recent development involves the apprehension of numerous criminal suspects and the seizure of a significant amount of ammunition.
According to a respected counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, Zagazola Makama, the suspected individuals were apprehended during a raid from Anka to a village called Makakari in Zamfara state.

Zagazola, well-known for sharing reliable security updates on military operations in the area, posted on his X handle that security forces captured multiple criminals and confiscated 441 rounds of ammunition during a raid from Anka to Makakari village in Zamfara state.
However, he didn’t give much information on the timing of the raid or the exact count of those apprehended.
He posted pictures of a man and two women who are suspects.
The recent arrests and seizures occurred shortly after the Nigerian military conducted a series of operations that resulted in the elimination of infamous bandit leader Kachallah Buzu, prominent bandit head Baleri Fakai, and Ibn Kasir, along with several other terrorists and bandits.
