DAMATURU – Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai, representing Yobe South Senatorial District has commiserated with the Mafa Community, Tarmuwa Local Government Area over the recent attack. He donated the sum of Ten Million Naira.
The Lawmaker was represented by a delegation from the Yobe State House of Assembly members from Zone ‘B’ who conveyed condolences to the Emir of Jajere Mai Hamza Ibn Buba Mashio.

The delegation was led by the Speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly and the representative for Jajere constituency, Rt. Hon. Buba Mashio accompanied by Gana Maina Digma (representing Damagum ‘A’ Sani Ishaku Audu representing Fika West, Suleiman Yakubu Maluri representing Fika East, Ahmad Adamu BBK representing Potiskum Central. Others are Auwal Isah Mohammed Danchua representing Potiskum II, Lawan Saminu Musa representing Nangere and Alhaji Yusuf Shayibu Zaki an aide to Senator Ibrahim Bomai.
In his sympathy message, Senator Bomai sympathized with the people of Mafa and prayed to God to grant eternal rest to the soul of the departed and speedy recovery to the injured, and courage to the bereaved families, while asking for strength for the entire Yobe State to endure the tragic loss.
On behalf of the senator, the delegation presented a cash donation of ₦10,000,000 to support those affected by the attack.
