The Super Eagles have landed at the Aminu Kano International Airport after a botched match-day four of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Mediterranean Knights of Libya in Benghazi.
The inability to play the match stemmed from the unpleasant treatment meted out to the visitors which meant that they had to be held hostage at the airport in Libya for more than 15 hours, leading to their resolve to fly back into the country.
