Fuji singer Taye Currency has publicly apologized to his senior colleague, Pasuma, after making comments that sparked controversy on social media.
The incident occurred during a recent performance where Taye Currency objected to fans referring to Pasuma as his ‘father’ in the entertainment industry, stating that Pasuma is more like an elder brother to him. This remark led to backlash, with many interpreting his words as disrespectful.
In response to the uproar, Taye Currency released a video to clarify his statement and express his regret. He emphasized that his words had been misunderstood and that he never intended to insult Pasuma, whom he considers his boss and elder in the Fuji music industry.
