My journey to becoming a therapist and life coach started when I faced some tough times in my life. I became a mother at a young age, and I experienced a lot of heartbreaks, abortions, and a divorce.

However, instead of letting those experiences bring me down, I decided to use them to help myself and others to heal. I underwent different training programmes and got certifications in order to help myself and others.

Through my healing journey, I found a passion for helping others who are also going through trauma, emotional pains and childhood dysfunction.

I realised that by sharing my story and what I had learnt, I could help others heal too.

So, I decided to get certified as a therapist and life coach. I have other certifications in Hypnotherapy, Performance Consulting, Emotional Intelligence, Anger Management, Fear Mastery, and Family Systems Engineering, among others.

Now, I am dedicated to helping people overcome their challenges and find happiness.

My own struggles taught me a lot about healing, and it has influenced how I help others. Having a child at the age of 19, dealing with 14 heartbreaks, having 15 abortions, and getting a divorce help me understand what people are going through when they come to me for help.

When someone tells me about their struggles and pains, I can relate to them, because I have been there too. I have felt suicidal before. I have felt empty and helpless at different points in my life. It helps me empathise and support them better.

The biggest lesson I have learnt from everything I do is that healing is possible; no matter how much pain or trauma one has been through. It is a journey, and everyone’s journey is different, but there’s always hope for healing and happiness.

I usually tell people that it is never too late to start over. If you realise that your life is dysfunctional and is not serving you, you can start afresh by going through therapy, and taking on personal development courses.

I believe that my healing school can help anyone heal from trauma and emotional pains.

To anyone battling confusion, depression, fear, low self-esteem, rejection and betrayal like I did, I want you to know that you are not alone. You can always come out on top the same way I did.

It might feel overwhelming right now, but things can get better if you are determined to change your life.

We understand that every person is different, so we tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

First, we take the time to listen and understand what each client is going through. We ask questions and really get to know them, so we can figure out the best way to help them.

Then, we work together with the client to come up with a plan that fits their specific needs and goals.

Throughout the process, we stay flexible and open to adjusting our approach based on what works best for the client. Our goal is to provide personalised support and guidance to help each person thrive in their own way.

At the healing school, our main goal is to help people heal from experiences such as dysfunctional childhoods, emotional pain from depression, anxiety, betrayal, grief and trauma.

We trace the source of whatever pain they are feeling today to the first time it started. We then categorise the source of the pain, so that we can deal with it from the root, instead of just treating the surface like many people do.

In the book, I share insights and advice for single women, who are looking for love after going through lots of heartbreaks and suffering.

One big piece of advice is to heal from their childhood trauma. A lot of adults repeat the pattern of their parents without knowing.

It is a subconscious wiring that makes one attracted to people that are like one’s parents; which ultimately makes one to repeat their mistakes.

People need to heal from that through therapy, because it is not done consciously. In order to have a good relationship or marriage, one has to revisit one’s childhood and patterns learnt.

Also, one’s choice of men is commensurate with one’s self esteem and confidence. If one has low self esteem, one would choose men that are not worthy of one, and they will mistreat one. Yet, one would stay there enduring, because one has no idea of who one really is.

That is why I have a programme where I teach women how to increase their self confidence, as well as attract and choose the men of their dreams.

Finally, one usually attracts what is similar to one. There is something about one that is bringing those people one chooses to one. If one wants to change that, one needs to change one’s ‘internal installation’ through therapy, so that one can attract better people.

I created the show, because I believe in the power of sharing stories. I wanted to give people, including celebrities, the chance to talk about their own struggles, and show that healing is something everyone can achieve.

My hope is that the show will help people to realise that they are not alone in their struggles, and that they can overcome them, just like the celebrities that appear on the show.

I want viewers to feel inspired and empowered to seek help and start their own healing journeys. Overall, I want the show to help break down the stigma around mental health, and encourage more open conversations about healing and emotional well-being.

I wanted the average person to see that their role models and icons are also human beings too with blood running through their veins, and they need healing too.

We get a lot of messages from many people that are grateful for the programme, because they could relate with their celebrity crushes that appeared on the show.

I use my social media and other online platforms to reach a lot of people who are looking for help and support. I share inspirational messages, practical tips, and stories of healing to promote empowerment and healing.

I share quotes or videos that uplift and inspire my followers. I also offer practical advice and techniques that people can use to overcome challenges and feel better.

This is in addition to using my platforms to create a sense of community where people can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. This helps people feel less alone and more supported on their healing journey.

I leverage my online presence on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to spread messages of hope, empowerment, and healing to as many people as possible. My goal is to make a positive impact and help people live happier, healthier lives.
