Abuja: Prof. Joseph Utsev, Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, in his counterpart, Minister of State, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, have tasked Nigerians to recommit themselves to the task of nation-building.
A statement on Tuesday issued by the two ministers, congratulates all Nigerians on the country’s 64th Independence Day Anniversary.
According to Utsev,”On this momentous occasion of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Nigerians.
“This day is a celebration of our unity, strength, and resilience as a nation.
“It is a time to reflect on our journey and renew our commitment to building a prosperous and sustainable future for all.
“As we commemorate this special day, the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation remains dedicated to ensuring access to clean water and improved sanitation for every citizen.

“Together, we can foster a healthier and more vibrant Nigeria, where everyone thrives.
“May we continue to strive for greatness as a nation and work collectively towards achieving the goals of a brighter tomorrow.
On his part, the Minister of State for Water Resources and Sanitation, extolled the
nation’s rich history, diverse culture, and the remarkable spirit of unity that have carried Nigerians through the years.
Goronyo said: “This is a time for us to reflect on our progress and recommit ourselves to the task of nation-building.
“At the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, we remain steadfast in our mission to improve the well-being of every Nigerian through sustainable access to clean water and sanitation services.
