Super Eagles stand-in coach, Austin Eguavoen says he has the arsenal to secure the three points against Amavubi of Rwanda in today’s MatchDay 2 fixture of the 2025 AFCON qualifier, though he has no game plan for the East Africans.
The top-of-the-table clash is fixed for 2 pm Nigeria time at the 45,000-capacity Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
Eguavoen, an AFCON winner with the Super Eagles in Tunisia 1994 said in a pre-match video chat obtained on Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) TV on Monday.
“We have quality players who can play in different formations and systems; whatever Rwanda comes up with, we have the personnel to deal with it.
“There is no game plan against Rwanda. The plan is the three points.”
