So while some people have stopped, it is also important to understand the reasons and why it is beneficial to your body system.
Here are some health benefits of taking a cup of coffee either in the morning or even at night.
Coffee Sharpen Up Your Mind:
Coffee’s got caffeine, which helps you focus and be more alert. Every cup you take in the morning or even at night boost your brain, and create that spark that keeps you alert.
Burn More Calories:
Taking your coffee plain, without sugar helps burn calories, and reduces fat, according to some studies. However for it to taste better, there are plant based milk that do not have many fats in them, this is a better alternative if you must use milk.
Fight Off Disease
Drinking coffee in moderation (around 3-4 cups) might be linked to a lower risk of some diseases like type 2 diabetes and Parkinson’s. But more research is needed.
A natural way to start your morning.
Taking coffee in many Nigerian offices and homes have become a natural way to get our morning started. It has become a natural routine, and breaking that line can cause some form of incompleteness in how we carry out our tasks. Meanwhile this can help improve your mood.

However remember:
Don’t overdo it! More than 4 cups (around 400mg of caffeine) can lead to jitters, trouble sleeping, and other issues.
Skip the fancy stuff. Sugary creamers and syrups add calories and take away the health benefits. Black coffee or natural sweeteners are the way to go.
Listen to your body. If coffee makes you anxious, cut back or switch to decaf.
Coffee can be a healthy part of your morning routine. It can wake you up, improve your workout, and maybe even keep you healthier.
