Nigeria, quarter-finalists in the 2022 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup, have been drawn into Group D alongside three-time winners Germany, Venezuela, and Korea Republic for this year’s tournament.
The final competition, which will include 24 teams for the first time, will take place across four venues in three cities in Colombia from August 31st to September 22nd.
Defending champions Spain find themselves in Group C, facing off against three-time winners USA, Paraguay, and another African representative, Morocco.
Two-time winners Korea Democratic People’s Republic are set to compete against Argentina, Costa Rica, and the Netherlands in Group F, while hosts Colombia will play Australia, Cameroon, and Mexico in Group A.
