The never-ending online banter between football passionate Nigerians and Ghanaians, has escalated with the performance of Super Eagles and Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman in Wednesday night Europa final.
Lookman’s record setting hat-trick ensured victory for the Serie A club Atalanta in the epic encounter with the Bundesliga side, Bayer Leverkusen. And this has made Nigerians on X handle to poke fun at Ghana for not having produced any player who achieved a similar feat.
